For batch freezers, soft serve machines, custard machines, rolled ice cream, liquid nitrogen, pops. Froconut® is a plant-based frozen dessert mix that is made from real whole coconuts. This is our original and most popular flavor base. Froconut® Original Coconut has a bold coconut flavor, but mixes well with almost any flavor - sweet, fruity, and even salty. It can serve as a replacement for dairy bases. Simply add water to Froconut® dry powder mixes, flavor is optional. Then freeze in batch freezer or other equipment, and serve.
Each case has 8 bags. Each bag weighs 5.6 lbs and each case has a net weight of 44 lbs.
This is a dry powder mix and is shelf-stable for up to 12 months.
The process of preparing all of our mixes is the same—add water, then blend with a whisk or immersion blender.

Taste great. The process of making it is not the easiest because It is so clumpy and hard when I get it in. That is my only negative...otherwise it would have gotten a rating of 5!

Excellent product. Clear ingredient details and good tasting. After about 10 days the product appears to change taste, but I have not found a best by date on the packaging. I just wish there was a best by date to help with proper management of the product.
We use this at our ice cream shop, and it is fantastic! It makes a creamy non dairy ice cream. We get many compliments on how smooth and creamy it is for a non dairy ice cream. It mixes easy, and takes all kinds of flavorings nicely. A favorite at the shop is our lavender lemon.
My customers go “Coco” for this product. I batch with and use in soft serve. Easy to add flavors and colors to. Just be cautious when using sweet add-ins as the mix is very sweet already
